What is the Moozer listening
to? Well, anything Celtic is a must; Enya, Loreena McKennitt, The
Rankins, Barra McNeils, and I'm definitely into electronic stuff
and have been for years. A major Mike Oldfield and Tangerine Dream
freak, as well as Jean Michel Jarre, Enigma, Delerium, Klaus Shultz,
Kraftwerk, Orbital, Thomas Dolby
and Era. I also like a lot of folk music; Dala, The Undesirables,
Bob Snider, Caution Donkeys, Fruit, Trout Fishing in America, David
Francey and Karen Savoca, but otherwise it's all rock 'n roll baby;
Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Tom Petty, Styx, Electric Light Orchestra,
Bruce Springsteen, Doors, Roxy Music, King Crimson, Alan Parsons
Project, Boston, Meat Loaf, Van Morrison, the Who, and Jethro Tull...
and the list goes on and on.
I have been finding lately
that TV shows are using some excellent artists and tunes for their
soundtracks and that music info can be found on most of their respective
websites or forums.
One of my favorite CDs
at the moment: Enigmas latest, A Postiori and I'm hooked
on it. I also travelled in the "Wayback Machine" and picked
up some old Supertramp recently. I had Crisis, What Crisis? and
Indeliby Stamped in vinyl, oh so many eons ago. Nice to hear again...
sans snap, crackle and hiss. |
